ZNetLive is focused on delivering virtual datacenter services to its customers via remote management tools incorporated into the customer management portal and available over the SSL VPN gateway to the private service network. ZNetLive engineers act as virtual onsite technicians to facilitate enterprise quality hosting services.

This data center is located inside the recognized Infomart telecom hotel, a private, Tier IV, N+1 facility near downtown Dallas.
